Dara Callie Silverman is a Western Massachusetts based actor, director, and education artist, but is currently living and working abroad!  She is, at the moment, pursuing her MFA Acting degree at the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire in Birmingham, UK, and is loving every second.

Last summer, she developed and taught Shakespeare & Company's newest summer program, Riotous Youth Extended Days, where Riotous Youth participants were offered the option to spend an additional two hours a day exploring the wider theatrical world.  The autumn prior, she co-directed Hamlet at Taconic High School, as part of Shakespeare & Company's 30th annual Fall Festival of Shakespeare: her fifth year directing and teaching in the program.

When she is not brushing up on her theater history, she enjoys baking, knitting, and long hikes in the woods with her wonderful husband, Douglas.
